The Aviation Safety Officer supports Venture Jets’ Safety Department in maintaining and enhancing company-wide safety standards.
This role works closely with flight operations, maintenance, and leadership to monitor operations, conduct audits, investigate hazards, and support the Safety Management System (SMS). The ASO plays a key role in risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and continuous safety improvement.

The Operations Scheduler is responsible for the real-time coordination of flight operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all trips—including time-sensitive medical transplant missions.
Serving as the communication hub between crews, clients, and internal teams, this role manages flight following, crew scheduling, and trip preparation while maintaining compliance with FAA Part 135 duty and rest requirements.

The Charter Sales Coordinator delivers high-touch service to private aviation clients by managing charter sales, coordinating trip details, and supporting brokers and internal teams.
This role blends sales, logistics, and client service—ensuring each flight is executed to Venture Jets’ standards of safety, professionalism, and service excellence.
